CNN은 문 대통령이 안희정 전 충남지사, 오거돈 전 부산시장, 박원순 전 시장의 피소(Three of his allies have been accused of sex crimes)에 대해 침묵했다고 지적하면서 (Moon has stayed silent on the accusations against all three leaders), 국민적 분노를 불러일으켰다고 꼬집었다.

CNN은 최고 리더중의 한 사람인 박 전 시장이 최근 성추행 의혹으로 고소당했다(Park is now the third top leader associated with Moon's Democratic Party to be accused of sexual harassment or assault in recent years)고 보도했다.

박 전시장도 문대통령처럼 자신을 페미니스트라고 표현했다고(Like Moon, Park described himself as a feminist)하면서 피해여성이 비서직에 근무하면서부터 시작된 성적 괴롭힘은 약 4년간 계속되었다고 했다(The four years of alleged harassment began when the woman was hired as Park's secretary and continued after she had moved to another department)
